PROGRAMME EVALUATION

The regional Committee paid much attention for auditing the activities from the very inception of the activity year. Hence regional level evaluation meetings are arranged in order to assess the activities of the Region, Zone and Sub region. Regional officers and staff participated in the evaluation meetings.

Selection of Best Sub Region

As in the previous years, it was decided by the Regional committee to select the Best Sub Region Of the year, based on the overall performance of the Sub Region in the reporting year. The contest is primarily intended to help the Sub Regions evaluate their work and promote healthy competition among them. The reporting format was sent to the entire sub Regions to facilitate effective reporting of the work and announcement of the Best Sub Region will be made in the Regional conference as usual.
