3) To start minimum 5 Uni-Y and Hi-Y

4) To form Sub regional Youth Forum, UNI-Y , HI -Y and Women Forum.

5) To revive the defunct YMCAs in the Sub Region.

6) To conduct leadership training for the officers of the unit YMCAs.

7) To conduct membership enrichment programmes at unit level.

8) To conduct minimum one programme proposed by each Regional standing committees.

9) To arrange a Sub regional level seminar on Organic farming.

10) To make all the affiliated YMCAs into good standing level

11) To affiliate all the YMCAs completed 2 years.

12) To organize Sub Regional Level youth camp for youth Forum members.

13) To arrange Sub Regional Level Women Assembly.

14) To achieve Yuvatha subscription and advertisement target.

15) To achieve finance Campaign Target of the Sub Region.

16) To participate in all the Regional and Zonal programme.

17) To send quarterly report to the Region.

18) To send news items of the sub region and units to Kerala Yuvatha

19) To assist the local YMCAs in implementing ‘minimum programme’ for local YMCA

20) To implement, monitor and evaluate all the Regional Programmes in unit YMCA

21) To arrange monthly meeting of the sub regional committees
